Meet Lucy Renehan

Lucy has been involved in real estate off and on since 2000, although she’s been a licensed REALTOR® for 12 years. Lucy values a job that gives her the flexibility to prioritize her family and balance her career.

But that doesn’t mean her work isn’t important to her. Quite the opposite! Lucy is a successful agent who’s earned membership in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Leading Edge Society – an exclusive group of top-performing agents.

Her real estate style is punctuated by forming relationships and elevated communication. She builds lasting friendships with her clients and enjoys checking in after their transactions are complete. In fact, Lucy says that most of her buyers and sellers feel like extended family!

Lucy also makes a point to be available to her buyers and sellers whenever they need her. She knows that most people have many questions about real estate transactions and wants to be there to answer those questions whenever her clients need an answer.

One other aspect of real estate Lucy finds interesting is learning more about different home styles and décor. She loves seeing the interiors of homes and using her home design knowledge to help her clients make property decisions that suit their lifestyles.

Lucy assists buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Howard County, where she has resided for 24 years. She also serves Carroll County, where she grew up and lived for 23 years, in addition to Frederick and Baltimore counties.

In her free time, Lucy volunteers for People Who Need People, an organization that aids homeless families.

Lucy has been married for more than 30 years and has one daughter. She loves to spend time with her large extended family, travel, play tennis, swim, and play with her dog.
